Where do we deliver to?
We deliver to the Republic of Ireland only.
Free delivery on orders over €60. Delivery takes 3-5 business days before 6 pm Mon-Thurs or 4 pm on Fridays*. The dispatch is during working days (Mon-Fri).
Delivery with Fastway is €6.99 and delivery with AnPost is €5.99, orders take between 3-5 working days for delivery.
Items are couriered/ posted to our customers- while every effort will be made to ensure that these items arrive to you in perfect condition- wrinkles in the item are not deemed a flaw.
If you need to cancel your order you need to email
firstname.lastname@example.org within 12 hours of placing your order, otherwise orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

What do I do if my parcel has not arrived?
If your parcel does not arrive by the last day of the specified delivery time please email our customer service team at email@example.com quoting your order number and a member of our team will endeavour to get back to you within 24 working hrs.
What is your returns policy?
We hope you will be completely satisfied with any product purchased from World Of Sparkles LTD, however, we understand if this is not always the case. If you wish to return an item to us, we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible.
All orders are protected by a 14 Day Moneyback Guarantee* in accordance with the distance selling regulations, this guarantees a full refund if your are returned to our store in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, with original tags still attached.
Any items with excessive odour (smoke, perfume etc) will not be accepted !!!!!
Please note that all refunds will be issued within 5-7 working days from the time your return has been received.
Items returned after the 14 day period will not be accepted and resent back to the original delivery address.
Any item that is soiled and/or damaged (including excessive odour of perfume or smoke) will not be refunded and will be resent back to the original delivery address.
For hygiene reasons, the following items will not be accepted back: Hair accessories, Earrings, Bodysuits, Beauty Products, face masks.
All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund. The full purchase price of the item will be credited when World Of Sparkles has received and processed your return and it passes inspection. The shipping fee is non-refundable.
For cases whereby a customer places an order for one item, and needs to return it due to an error on our part then we will also refund original shipping costs.
Faulty item returns process: If a faulty item is received, please contact our Customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately for further instructions. Failure to contact us prior to returning a faulty item may result in issuing a standard refund as per our general returns policy.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or you have received an incorrect order please email us
We recommend you send your parcel (via registered post or a service which insures you for the value of the goods)
